Choosing the right mattress is a personal decision. That is why every qualifying mattress in our Studio Collection comes with our exclusive 40 Night Sleep Trial, giving you time to settle into your new mattress in the comfort of your own home.
How the 40 Night Sleep Trial works
- Choose your Studio mattress. Your 40-night trial starts on the date your mattress is delivered.
- Give it time. You must sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a comfort exchange. This allows your body time to adjust to your new mattress.
- Still not quite right? If you contact us within your 40-night trial period, we will help you choose an alternative mattress from our Studio, Natural or Nest collections.
- Complete your comfort exchange. A £129 Sleep Trial Exchange Fee applies. This covers collection of your original mattress, handling and restocking, and delivery of your replacement mattress.
Choosing your replacement mattress
If your replacement mattress is more expensive, you will pay the difference in price.
If your replacement mattress is less expensive, we will refund the difference, less the £129 Sleep Trial Exchange Fee.
A mattress protector is required
To qualify for the 40 Night Sleep Trial, your mattress must be purchased with a Mattress Studio mattress protector. The protector must be used throughout the trial period, and the mattress must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition.
Protecting your mattress from the beginning helps maintain its hygiene, condition and longevity while allowing you to enjoy the trial as intended.
Taking our 5 Year Luxury Mattress Protection Plan?
The luxury mattress protector supplied with our 5 Year Luxury Mattress Protection Plan satisfies the protector requirement. You do not need to purchase a separate protector.
One comfort exchange
The 40 Night Sleep Trial provides one comfort exchange per qualifying mattress purchase. Once the exchange is completed, the Sleep Trial ends and the replacement mattress is not eligible for a further 40 Night Sleep Trial.
