Choose a replacement from the Studio, Natural or Nest collection. The trial ends once you exchange; the replacement does not start another trial.

Sleep Trial Exchange Fee

Covers collection of your original mattress, handling and restocking, and delivery of your replacement.

The £129 fee is charged once. Pay any increase in mattress price plus the fee. If your replacement costs less, the saving is offset against the fee: we refund the remaining balance, or you pay any shortfall. See the full terms for examples.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST NIGHT

A protector is part of the trial.

Your mattress must be purchased with a Mattress Studio mattress protector. Use it throughout the trial and keep the mattress clean and hygienic.

Two ways to qualify

Buy the protector on its own, or choose the optional five-year protection plan that includes one. You do not need a second protector if your plan supplies one.

Insurance is optional. You can qualify for the sleep trial with the standalone protector.

Which mattresses qualify?

The 40-night sleep trial applies exclusively to qualifying Studio Collection mattress purchases. Your replacement can come from the Studio, Natural or Nest collection.

When should I get in touch?

Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting an exchange. Contact us within your 40-night trial period, starting from delivery.

Is this a refund trial?

The sleep trial provides one comfort exchange per qualifying mattress purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
