Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection should be straightforward from the moment you place your order. The Mattress Studio offers Room of Choice delivery across UK Mainland, optional setup and recycling services, and free collection from our Bishop's Stortford showroom.

Delivery options

Room of Choice delivery — £99

Our UK Mainland delivery service brings your order into a room of your choice, subject to safe and suitable access. Assembly and old mattress recycling are separate optional services and are not automatically included in the £99 delivery charge.

Local opening offer — CM22, CM23 and CM24

Complimentary Room of Choice delivery is available within the CM22, CM23 and CM24 postcode areas on presentation of the official opening leaflet. If you are ordering online, please contact us before completing your purchase so we can confirm how the offer applies to your order.

Assembly & Setup — £49

Assembly and setup can be added to your order where applicable. This is a separate service product and will be shown clearly on your order record. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your chosen item requires assembly.

Old Mattress Recycling — £49

Add Old Mattress Recycling to your order and we will arrange responsible collection of your old mattress. We will confirm any preparation or access requirements with you before collection.

Free customer collection

You can collect your order free of charge from our Bishop's Stortford showroom by appointment. Collection is available for orders that have been paid in full and is not available on purchases made using finance. Please wait until your collection has been confirmed before travelling to the showroom.

Our Bishop's Stortford showroom is conveniently located for customers across East Hertfordshire and West Essex, including Stansted, Sawbridgeworth, Harlow and Great Dunmow.

Preparing for delivery

Before delivery day, please measure the complete route from the entrance of your property to the intended room. Check doorways, corridors, staircases, landings, tight turns and lift dimensions, allowing for packaging as well as the product itself.

Please clear the delivery route and make adequate space in the room before the team arrives. Tell us in advance about flats, restricted parking, narrow roads, access codes, steps, lifts or any other feature that may affect delivery. If you are uncertain whether an item will fit, contact us before ordering.

Delivery & collection FAQs

Does the £99 delivery charge include assembly?

No. Room of Choice delivery, Assembly & Setup and Old Mattress Recycling are separate services. Assembly & Setup costs £49 where applicable.

Can you recycle my old mattress?

Yes. Old Mattress Recycling can be added to your order for £49.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection from our Bishop's Stortford showroom is free by appointment for paid-in-full orders. Collection is not available for finance purchases.

Do you deliver outside UK Mainland?

The confirmed £99 Room of Choice service applies to UK Mainland. Please contact us before ordering if your address is outside this area so we can check what may be possible.

How long will delivery take?

Lead times vary by product. Any available timing will be shown or confirmed as part of your order, and delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed before your order is handed over.
